When Marion is appointed sales director of Mondial Placard, the company's male managers are convinced that they are victims of discrimination. Côme de Bellescize imagines a modern-day vaudeville. How will the appointment of a woman derail management habits? The seven characters, from the phallocratic deputy director to the feminist trainee and the lovesick assistant, are all portrayed with cruel but always tender humour, embodying divergent positions, questioning gender relations and the individual difficulties of adapting. The desires of some, the ambitions of all, the contradictory injunctions trigger a series of intrigues, misunderstandings and incredible situations.
