Le Cuisinaire du Roi- Cuisine from our regions : Alsace
Discover a typical dish from a French region. And devour it!
Alsatian cuisine is rich and varied, reflecting the land and history of the region. It is influenced by Germanic gastronomy, but also by French traditions. Sauerkraut may be its best-known dish, but there are many others, all very tasty.
No sauerkraut on the menu, nor baeckeoffe, but we will indeed find cabbage in another form, as well as one of the region's emblematic wines, Riesling.
Starters :
Foie gras in a cabbage leaf
Main course :
Chicken with Riesling and homemade spätzle
Dessert :
Black Forest revisited
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, sesame, sulphites
Workshop duration: approx. 3h30, including tasting.
