Let's take our inspiration from the Fantastik tarts created by the famous pastry chef who invented them, Christophe Michalak, with their exotic flavours.
Made with Breton shortbread, coconut cream and exotic fruit cream, the tart is a real ray of sunshine in the heart of winter. As with all our patisserie workshops, you'll take home your creations of the day, but above all lots of advice and answers to your questions.
