Rediscover the world-famous musical tale composed by Serge Prokoviev!

In this version arranged for wind quintet and percussion (which is identical to the orchestral version), each character is represented by one or more instruments and a highly descriptive theme. Prokofiev used the specific character of each instrument to describe the temperament and peculiarities of the characters:
Pierre, the young hero of the tale, with whom all the children of the world can identify, is in the company of a small menagerie: there is the cat of course, the duck, the bird and the wicked wolf. All the ingredients to awaken the child's soul are present: the deep forest, a brave grandfather and hunters. Subtly, Prokoviev uses a narrator to tell the story and add an educational context, creating a genre full of appeal and completely new.
