Zola Photographer Exhibition

Cultural

The Zola photographe exhibition is a co-production between the City of Versailles and the Médiathèque du patrimoine et de la photographie (MPP), which holds the photographic collection of Émile Zola.

It presents the photographic work of Émile Zola through more than a hundred prints, 26 original photographs and personal objects.

Most of the photos are modern prints made by the MPP from the negatives it holds, supplemented by a few original prints and loans from the Méjanes library in Aix-en-Provence, the Musée d'Orsay and Émile Zola's descendants.
