Thanks to our consultant sommelier, Olivier Delorme, you'll know everything there is to know about the wines of a wine-growing region.
Olivier is a Sommelier-Conseil, a wine and spirits trainer and a trainer-ambassador for Burgundy wines. He is also a radio commentator and the author of several wine guides.
For 3 hours, he will guide you through the choice of wines, how to taste them and the best combinations.
Like all people who are passionate about their profession, Olivier is fascinating in his knowledge, his gourmandise, his anecdotes and his teaching skills.
On the plate, a delicious full menu is served, concocted by us in consultation with Olivier. And this time, the Cuisinaire du Roi prepares the dinner for you, so all you have to do is enjoy it.

Main course: Fish with beurre blanc
Cheeses: goat's cheese & Saint Nectaire cheese

Fares
One price: 110 €.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. You would then have the choice of being reimbursed or postponing your enrolment.
