Cuisinaire du Roi - Tapas afterwork evening

After a day or a week spent in front of the screen, it's a good idea to relax and do something that will delight your taste buds.

Forget work and come and prepare something new for your aperitif nibbles with a selection of small (or large! ) gourmet bites.

Proposals will vary according to the market of the day and the season.
Here are a few ideas:
- Cold version: Tarama with blinis, cream of artichoke soup, mackerel rillettes with curry, hummus, salmon and dill cheesecake, panacotta with goat's cheese and pesto...
- Hot versions: Roquefort gougères, tuna pastillas, cod and smoked sausage accras, crème brûlée with foie gras or peas, honey-mint goat's cheese crisp, Spanakopita, sunny vegetable crisp, lemon confit financiers, duck confit moelleux...

Remember to bring your apron and carrying case (at least 20 cm x 20 cm x 8cm), as well as a cool box.

Fares

One price: 75 €.


We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. You would then have the choice of being reimbursed or postponing your enrolment.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of cancellation by you, no refund or postponement will be possible less than 72 hours before the event.
