Embark on a culinary journey through dishes typical of a particular region of the world. And devour it!

The West Indies were in the spotlight at this workshop, which smelt of the beach and ti-punch!
A little spicy, a little spicy and a lot of freshness to finish!
The spices will obviously be adapted to suit each guest!

The menu for this Creole cooking workshop:
- Accras with smoked sausage
- Chicken Colombo with vegetables
- Passion and lime cheesecake
