Cuisinaire du Roi - Equinoxe Entremets Cyril Lignac style
One of Cyril Lignac's flagship entremets, always available in his patisseries, we're offering you the chance to master their preparation in our workshop.
It's made up of a soft biscuit, a vanilla ganache, a caramel insert and a crunch.
For the finish, we'll be using those velvet sprays you've probably seen on pastry shows or in specialist shops.

Opening hours on Saturday between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm.
Fares
One price: 90 €.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. You would then have the choice of being reimbursed or postponing your enrolment.
