The fraisier is one of the emblems of French pastry-making, and for good reason: it's delicious!

Made with a shortbread base, a sponge cake, a light vanilla cream and beautiful strawberries, it's synonymous with the start of spring.
You'll learn how to prepare each element, how to make this emblematic assembly, and how to use a piping bag to make a pretty final decoration...
