Cuisinaire du Roi - Royal Chocolate Entremets
This chocolate dessert is a classic among classics. Also known as Trianon (you'd think it was invented in Versailles), it's timeless because it's so delicious.
It consists of a dacquoise biscuit, a praline crunch and an incredible chocolate mousse.
But the Royal wouldn't be the Royal without its chocolate mirror icing.
Together, we'll create all the elements that make up this incredible pastry.

One price: 90 €.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. You would then have the choice of being reimbursed or postponing your enrolment.
