Our apprentice chefs will start by preparing a delicious chocolate ganache to make delicious truffles for Christmas.
They'll also be making crispy Roses des sables.

Allergens: lactose, egg, nuts, gluten
Children aged 7 are accepted as long as an adult stays with them for the whole workshop.
Remember to bring your apron and transport box (at least 20 cm x 20 cm).
