💖 Get off the beaten track this Valentine's Day. Come and prepare a pretty selection of amuse-bouches for your dinner party together, and enjoy them in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

We'll be in a small group, in the heart of Versailles.

On the menu:
- Carpaccio of scallops with citrus fruit
- Smoked salmon cheesecake
- Mushroom cappuccino with smoked garlic
- Duck confit nems
And Le Cuisinaire offers you a glass of champagne and a sweet treat for dessert.

All levels of cookery are welcome. The recipes are designed so that you can reproduce them at home without difficulty.
