Embark on a culinary journey through typical dishes from one region of the world. And devour it!

Workshop followed by a tasting.
Total duration: about 3h30

For this workshop, let's forget the traditional starter-dish, for a great mezze-like tasting, composed of several flavours.
It will include :
- a nice aubergine salad with feta cheese
- a coral lentil soup
- very fragrant falafels
- Kefta with beef
- bulgur tabbouleh
All of this accompanied by a Turkish Bazlama bread.

The dessert that will close this meal will be a chocolate and pistachio baklava

At Le Cuisinaire du Roi, we strive for conviviality above all. That's why we all prepare the meal together and enjoy it around our large central island. And the number of participants is limited to 8.
All levels of cooking are welcome. The recipes are designed so that you can reproduce them at home without difficulty.
