Come and discover an express version of puff pastry that we'll use to make a delicious salted butter caramel millefeuilles.
You'll learn how to make puff pastry, caramel and crème au caramel, and how to use a piping bag.
As with all our pastry workshops, you'll take home your creations of the day, but above all lots of advice and answers to your questions.
