"La Gascogne" a workshop that highlights duck, worked in two ways: pan-fried foie gras and we will take up the challenge of confiring the duck legs during the workshop.
- Lentil salad with pan-fried foie gras
- Cassoulet dish with duck legs confit on the spot!
